Full curriculum — 7 modules

The course takes you from AI basics through advanced prompting, automation, API integration, and responsible use. Each module includes hands-on exercises with real AI tools.

Module 1: Introduction to Generative AI What generative AI is, how large language models work, and where AI fits into your daily work. You will explore the current landscape of AI tools and understand their capabilities and limits.
Module 2: Beginner Prompting Techniques Learn the foundations of prompt engineering — writing clear instructions, setting context, specifying output formats, and iterating on results. You will practise with ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.
Module 3: Intermediate Prompting Techniques Move beyond basics with few-shot prompting, chain-of-thought reasoning, and role-based prompts. Learn how to get consistent, high-quality outputs for complex tasks.
Module 4: Advanced Prompting Techniques Explore tree-of-thought and graph-of-thought frameworks, build custom GPTs, and design multi-step prompt workflows for business use cases.
Module 5: Automation with AI Connect AI tools to your existing workflows using no-code methods and plugins. Learn to batch-process tasks, automate content generation, and build templates that save hours each week.
